They normally have the signs right next to the vehicle so by the time you actually see the sign, it's too late anyway

Yeah but they're covered in "Police" magnets and stickers and if you look hard enough, you can see a flash mounted to the rear bumper of the vans they use.

This was on the side of the M1 at Helensvale/Gaven yesterday Northbound. No signs as you guys have said, but everyone still slowed down.

Hmm, interesting to know some are unmarked now - very sneaky.

Would anyone happen to know if there was a camera on the pacific motorway yesterday anywhere between exits 57 (hope island) to 31 (logan motorway offramp) yesterday afternoon (like say 5-6pm) travelling north? Haha, sorry to be so specific, just thought I'd throw it out while we're on the subject - I saw a "flash" but I don't know if it was the sun.

Saw a Patrol identical to this but with different plates being used as a marked speed camera through Willowbank yesterday. Hope the dubbers that were out there weren't speeding!
