Black mkIII with rusted unpainted bonnet

Hey all,

Situated on the northern beaches I was just wondering who owns this car. I see it around a lot when I'm driving buses however I noticed today while following it on spit/military rd today in my MkVI golf that it had a VWwatercooled.org.au sticker on the rear window.

Also where do I get those stickers lol.

I believe there is a sticky in the genreal section RE: stickers mate.
I have not seen photos of a mk3 with rusted bonnet in any section either ??
