All packed up and ready to go racing tomorrow.
Good day, only managed to get three rounds. I missed a round because the PA system at Sandown is pants and I didn't hear the call. Not happy about that at all, didn't hear the previous race called up either.
New personal best again, but only managed to knock another second off, but I wasn't too happy with my driving.
First round out was wet and real slippery, rounds 2 and 3 things were hooking up OK.
New cam is great, more power and higher up the rev range, think I'll continue to run it and get it properly dynoed again over Christmas.
Much louder in cabin with the new cam.
Best results were in round 3.

Great thread Pete, tons of DIY, which is awesome to see you didn't just throw money at any issues but tackled them yourself. You seemed to be having constant niggling issues with the engine, is that just because you changed everything around, so I shouldn't expect this from a stock motor?
Not really niggling, it's just that track work is hard on the car. Each time you take it out you find something else to tidy up.
The engine is great, I just keep finding extra stuff to bolt to it.
At the moment it's the brakes that are bothering me, think I need to change my brand of pads.
