    vinyl wrapping a faded roof

So instead of getting a repaint? (why paint your car anyway?) anyone want to tell me how painting works? 2pac w is that?

So a cheap option is to wrap the roof to prevent it going rust.

let me know your opinion. I'm still a noob.

AFAIK you need a decent surface to stick vinyl onto, so if it's just faded you should be right BUT if it's cracking or bubbling or lifting... well you're out of luck.

If it has an engine or heartbeat it's going to cost you. | Refer a Friend - AussieBroadband $50 Credit

If anything, wrapping your roof will make it MORE prone to rust. Just look at any 70's car that came out with a vinyl roof
