    Ah ha. I have one of those slave cylinders in my shed from a corrado
    And yes, correct VAG coolant is pink

    I used VR6 clutch master and slave cylinders and even the connecting pipework. The firewall of the Seat looks like it was made for the master cylinder to be fitted to it. No more problems with pedal boxes breaking as the strain on pushing the pedal in is much less than when the cable gets old and the effort needed to push the clutch in gets heavier over time.

    Good memory! If you can get hold of a mkV caddy shifter box and cables even better, slightly shorter throw, and possibly easier to mount as the 4 mounting points for the box are all at the same level unlike the mkIV shifter box. It works well with the 02J shift tower.
