My supercharged golf!

Well i just bought a 76 ls golf...

the motor in it is a 1600 bored to a 1776...has had a cam grind bigger valves...
not too bad!

the car also cam with a mk2 gti motor and 5 speed box...

the car also has 3 way coil over adjustables! $$$

the car also cam with a mr2 supercharger.

i am going to sell the motor that is in it (runs great!) and put the mk2 gti motor, box and supercharge that!

will b a fun lil car.

i will be doing it up after i finish my air cooled dub...the golf will b registered and also b a track car to race with my cams license...i'm thinking mountain climb car.

you have probably seen it on here before...i bought it off james...but i didn't actually know about this forum until after i bought it lol

the motor, box and steering wheel in it now is for sale...

some stuff on it is very abo but i will b fixing all of that!

ohh and a question does a mk2 gti 5 speed box have an lsd in it?

ive never seen a golf with a MR2 changer on before, will be good to see how it goes

back in the uk Quaife ATB diffs are about £700 from places like TSR.
they tend to go for strong money second hand too (about £500 fitted in a 020 16v box)
I paid 250 for mine fitted to an 8v box, i then had my 16v box rebuilt and the diff fitted.

I know alot of people in the uk have gone for the USA diffs...the name slips my mind at the moment but it begins with a 'P'

keep an eye on the Egay and hope for cheap shipping
