    My MK2 Project

    Starting a restoration / conversion project. I think we all know the ingredients from the pics, am going to be painting it tornado red. Will update as It progresses.

    it is the agu motor, only thing is it will be run by a microtech standalone ecu. I want to get it in and driving, and then probably in another year after that i will pull it out and rebuild. Will probably be looking at a gt3071r to go on it, so couldnt really justify spending the extra money for a S3 engine when in the end i am after way more than the k04 could give me.

    Sanding panels back getting them dead straight, and will attack the rust with a mig welder on the weekend!
