    Yes, but the gearbox will still be as heavy as your car and you will have to fit the cable shift mechanism too.

    Plus the massively long cable clutch will be really heavy and will pull through the bulkhead on a Mk1.

    I think what Matt is trying to say is "Use an 020 instead".
