**** no! haha. :P
Looking good bro, who's is doing your diff for you?? (gotta get mine sorted)Are you running the factory serpentine alternator mount self adjusting one how's clearance to you carbs/trumpets
Cool, you headed down the INA path? He's got all sorts of useful bits.
That mounting position gets close to the front cross member, you might need to do some clearancing of the panel.
Look forward to seeing it fitted up, I've got to solve the same problem with my next motor and I'm still trying to figure out how it's all going to fit in the engine bay..
Where did you get the pulleys from preen, I am about to start making some but if they can be bought rather cheaply then i'm in :-)
I used a set of 20v underdrive pulleys for my set up, but I did build the alternator mount to suit and just spaced the crank pulley
**** yeah for progress. :)
I've been in contact with Issam from INA about his ABF alt. kit. Mechanical adjustment, nice and low, neat etc. Price is good too. As soon as he tells me when he can ship i'll be paying him and it will be on it's way.
The pic isn't my engine, it's off this thread, where you will find all the details on this setup..

Alex, haven't sorted a diff yet as far as an LSD. I have a set of diff bolts and I'll drill the rivets out and do that myself.. Not sure if I posted all that stuff up. I probably didn't. Been lazy. Haha.
Tim (golfworx) got all the diff bolts, clutch bolts and flywheel bolts for me. As well as a gasket kit and some other goodies when he was making an order a couple of months ago.
Have you worked out (I admit I can't remember reading it) what you estimate you will produce from this set up at the wheels?
