AHHH finally some photos of bonks head jobs! Loooooks great dude, how much has he taken out diameter wise in the ports? Or has he just cleaned up the castings?

About 4mm all the way round to straighten them out a bit apparently.

Small update, decided to go to forged 82.5mm pistons.

I figured with all the other work i'm doing, i'd be crazy not to.

Any suggestions on a particular brand?

sorry for the thread hijack but how the hell are pistons forged? how do they knock them into place? :S
