    oh, and I also need two new bolts for the rear pass door. to replace the ones that rounded in the post from before; anyone have any lying around?

    Is that 4 door mk 1 at ringwood pick a part still? anyone know??

    don't worry, with today's wether I didn't get much done today. I'm try to get heaps done before next sunday,. hopefully welding and most of the bogging is done by sunday. Hopefully.

    I thought you'd be finshed the caddy already!

    I have a problem with doing work on the Caddy, its called other peoples VWs and they take priority so as to pay the bills. I have struck a couple of hiccups, I had to removed the Loctited water pump bolts to mount the Alternator bracket today and one broke. All fixed now and I am sorry for highjacking your thread Jarred!
    I recieved my invite to the Nats in the mail today, I will have to see how my looong running split thing goes as to whether I will make it up there this year. If the caddy goes together too slowly it might have to be entered in the "rat look"!!!
    Mk5 would be a nice ride up there I spose. Let you know mate.
    And well done with your work, its good to see you are doing it properly.

    jarred...my car...also has doors...and the bolts that hold doors on!

    want em? what are you doing tomoz morning? wanna help me pull the brakes and rear hatch off?
