Central Locking kit fitted + a Boot Popper Installed (Just need to work out the wiring thanks to the half arsed chinese instructions!!!)

    Thanks again MM and Hennie

Bumpers and Side trims Blackened with Bumper Paint...

Most importantly Model designation badges installed!!!

Last night was mostly consumed by the central locking system and running the wires for the Electric mirrors etc...and the power windows.. very frustrating work especially due to the wiring being so old and original!!!

More work to continue tomorrow night

have a little bit of work to get the doors and the boot lid hanging right... they just arent 100% at the moment.

Headliner will also be reinstalled soon as well!

Tailgate and Windscreen hopefully going in tomorrow night...

and Quarter windows will go in when the Rear Panel Cards are Finalized.. (one is installed now)

Its starting to fly together now...

Also acquired a genuine set of Corrado Storm Speedline wheels today.. (I'm going more for the OEM look at the moment)
They clear the brakes perfectly and had nearly new Tyres that matched factory fitment...

Yes the car looks a little high but im not going for stance look.. (not at this stage any way)
So my Compomotive Wheels are up for Sale

Mini Project: Save the Hooker... MK2 GTI 16v

Well well well made myself a liar yet again...

Ended up buying a ABF engine in the weekend and with a stellar effort a few willing and able mates helping me last night. Started at 4pm

It turned over and I drove home at 1am

Oh wow hello torque oh how I have missed you....

ABF + KJeT + headers + 2.25inch mandrel exhaust = massive grin will get some pics up soon

I have givin the 9A to one of my mates who helped out hugely last night!!!
