IF you remove it all, it's VERY difficult to get the bonnet flat again!

You really should leave that to a smash repairer. It might cost you a couple of hundred, but it'll be worth it. Otherwise you bonnet will end up looking like the surf at manly!
I just can't help to remove them cos the rust under it irritate me
How hard to apply seam sealer again once it is clean ? alternatively I'll find a replacement bonnet from junk yard.

If I win lotto tomorrow I'll get this http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Carbon-Fibre-...QQcmdZViewItem

Easy, it comes in a cartridge like silastic. You can buy the cartridge gun at Bunnings for a couple of dollars.

Furry muff. Just be very careful when you re-apply the seam sealer. Like i Said bonnets are really hard to keep flat. Especially the goof ones cuase there's a lot of unsupported area without the support brackets underneath. The guys that did my car spent age on the bonnet trying to get it flat.

Damn nice carbon bonnet that one... If only we all had a spare 1500 bucks.

Being a donkey who works 7 days a week, this has to be sloooooow
Well the hardest part (floorpan) is gone, now cleaning up all other panel and the shell. First plan is to get it respray and put it back together for rego renewal due in May, then depend on budget, phase 2 is machanical works...

Static, saw you've dropped the 16V plan, what's up now ?? go VR6 or 1.8T
