    yer, that pic isnt an AGU its off a mk5 but its cool,

    Im going to pull the stat off and run the motor so see if the water pump is spinning

    All fixed! thanks to my mate chris!

    so the trick we did was to drill a tiny 1 mm hole is the stat to stop the air banking up against it we also filled the rad from them top hose then we fed the rest through the expansion tank.

    did the trick, the thermostat now opens at say 88 degrees and thank god my thermos have enough juice to bring the temp down at idle.

    bloody gauge inside the car reads 110 thought that was to hot for these motors but maybe the qpeng is no calibrated right with the mk3 CTS.

    Funny was going to mention add a jiggle pin hole, but never as they dont normally need that, but with your set perhaps and obviously so. That was the main reason for a jiggle pin was to bleed. Glad to hear you have a result mate
