Nearly there mate. I have a couple of brand new single lamp grilles like the one in that pic.
Send me your address and I'll send you one to help out a dubber and finish the project.
It wont effect your full beam, the outer lamps do all of that, the others are simply extra spotties.

Spoke to Joe yesterday. He's got the front suspension in and hubs, new wheel bearings, front brakes, and steering all assembled. Just gotta put the rear KW's in and roll it out & tow it home!
Also got my brand new 1360mm carbie throttle cable in the post yesterday straight from the vw classic parts guys in wolfsburg! It cost about $90 and took 3 days!
