finished off fitting my gauges on my homemade pod, scratches need to be smoothed, then primed and painted in black wrinkle paint to match the res of the interior

Great work dude. Sorry about the split. I didn't realise it was hard acrylic until the hole saw dug in.

all good homie, i wasnt happy with the condition of the pod in that current pic so i re skinned it with filler and sanded it back nice and flat, so it looks a tonne better now!
the back holes: i pretty much went with your measurements and flipped it over to the other side, then cut, except i just used a dremel and smashed through it
