    i still have the problem with the alternator running into the radiator, would be fine in a golf setup,

    You need to run the old belt setup with a V belt in that car mate.

    Audi 80 engine is a short block and the oil filter housing you want is not on it.

    yeah you should be able to run the exact same setup you had in the car before the engine change.

    heres the modified engine/clutch mount i had to make, just incase any one decides to do the same conversion, found a new OE front water pump so i ran the same belt configuration.

    no other problems so far!

    That looks good mate. The easiest answer
    I made a similar one and added another pice to bolt to the bellhousing. Yours looks strong enough too

    yer i'm goin to make another piece to go to the bell housing, just a little too much flex for my liking!
