march the 27th is a saturday or sunday?
Anyone else planning on going. I'm keen to get out there, although not sure if my car will be 100% ready?
Hi all .... Clash of dates for me. First round of the HRA rally championship on March 27 in the forests around Heathcote. Maybe another day. Cheers Geoff

I'm thinking probably better to go down to PI when bruce is on, and everyone (inc VP guys) are down there. would make for a better day, and gives me more time to make sure everything is hunky dory with the mk 2

dumb question, guys, but im clueless and i couldnt find too much literature on the cams site last time i checked, other than a whole bunch of stuff pertaining to the relationship between and functions of the different division of cams, so....
how to get a license? do you gotta do courses/ classroom theory work etc etc over a period of time? any square-footed buttkick in the right direction would be great.
cheers

- Join a CAMS affiliated car club, (PIARC, VWCV HAC etc)
- Send CAMS money.
That's it.
The CAMS website sucks for finding stuff..
Here's where all the license types can be found.

Here's a direct link to the LS2 license application form.

cheers pete! yeah- on the cams website, the information wall etc looked pretty much impenetrable, i was like ''how in the hell does a young guy like josh get his cams license at such a young age when surely its gonna take me years to be able to get clearance for sightseeing non-competitor status at any cams events?!?!?!?!"
this is the info i needed.
thanks heaps! always wondered what it'd be like in an (official, timed, competetive) hillclimb.
cheers mate,
scott
