Here's the location of the track.

    http://www.sandown.net.au/

    From the regs
6.1. Scrutineering will commence at 8.00 am and finish at 9.30am. A compulsory driver’s briefing that must be attended by all drivers will then take place after which competition will commence. Competition shall consist of a number of multi start sprints, each of one warm up and three individually timed laps.
Which means I'll be there around 7:30 or earlier.

There's even a handy map on there http://www.sandown.net.au/pdf/1893_Sandown_A.pdf

Entry is usually via Racecourse Rd, off Princes Highway.

Heh, when i went down for the V8s, we had a hard time finding the entrance to the pits to get in. Benny got rather annoyed and layed some serious rubber in the blown GTO while we were trying to find the entrance.

Good luck, Pete. Are you pumped?

Jarred- You're also photographer, so get some good snaps buddy!!

Good fun. So i'll be there at 12...

    hahah.

i Geuss I'll aim to be there by 9, so I have a chance to catch up with Pete before he hits the track. (or do I need to be earlier Pete?)

Looking at the map, which part is actually the race track?? I can't visualise it in my head atm...

I'll have my camera ready. Unfortunately my good camera, is dead-ish, and in at the place getting checked or fixed or something. So i'll have my old camera. (well the family camera at least )

Kewl thanks Pete. I though something was a bit horsey..

I figure LEGER carpark behind the pits would be a good place to park?

From my recollection you'll be parking a bit further down the road, That Leger carpark will mostly be occupied by the event vehicles, it's where I'll probably end up pitting.
