disagree man. if you're 4+ laps at the end of the race get out of peoples way who are actually racing for a championship. as bad as it sounds thats the way it needs to be. theres 2 championships this year, new teams vs new teams and the older teams vs older teams.

Actually from what I saw it looked as if the Lotus changed it's line more than once which contributed to the accident...

On another topic, I've been "watching" the ITV coverage lately instead of OneHD and the presenters are just so. much. better. They actually LIKE F1, they have a passion for the sport and it shows. They get so much more in-depth and the build up before the race is great. I need me a direct feed from the UK!!
I dont agree with your there Matty. If an F1 car hits something, then the driver is likely to be ok, but if, while flying throughthe air, the driver himself actually hits something, ie a pole smack him straight in the head/helmet, then his life is at risk. Massa was very lucky last year when he got hit in the face by the broken spring - that took him out for the rest of the season.

senna died because his brain hit the inside of his skull after coming to such a sudden stop, his car and skull stopped, but the brain carried on going!

I second your opinion. I thought the driver could make one movement, then set himself up for the corner. What I saw was a movement left, then right, then left again as he set himself up for the corner. I was surprised the commentators were talking about closing speeds etc, and there was no comment on the multiple movements.

Anyway, it's all academic now. Let's hope the next race is better.

HORNER: "hey guys we have a fancy new front wing, but there's only one each ok?"

    DRIVERS: "sweet"

    VETTEL: "Wwwaaaaaaaaa, mine broke! WWWAAAAAAAAAHH"

HORNER: "there there my little child, here just have mark's. Mark, you dont mind right?? You can use the old one"

WEBBER: "WHAT??!! WHY THE FU...." (gets cut off)

HORNER: "great, thanks Mark you're a real "team player""

    VETTEL: "Yippeee, i'm the favourite!!!"

WEBBER: "i'm gonna urinate on your bratwurst you little bitch, and Horner, if you wake up tomorrow with an Australian flavoured turd on your face don't be surprised"

muhahahaha....that is awesome.... well, except for the hint of reality that comes with it...

I'm not sure why Webber was so hasty in re-signing with red bull, since they are making fairly obvious where he stands. In saying that i suppose it's hard to leave the team with the best car... I just hope he doesn't adopt the barrichello position.

It's going to be a truly australian way to win if he pips vettel this year. We always enjoy underdog victories.

Actually, Senna copped a suspension component through the helmet, hence the amount of blood at the scene.

You're actually both correct! I think he also copped a broken rib thru the main artery so he was really killed three times at once, but its all history now. He's dead!

In other awesome news, "australias mark webber" can now add silverstone to his f1 trophy shelf woooo hoooo!!

I love his number two driver comment! He won't be nobodys bitch!! Good on him.
