the anticipation for this week's race in Canada is killing me!!!!!!
very interesting qualifying. decided to stay up until 2 am to watch it instead of studying.
schumacher...wow something seriously wrong there.
button is struggling majorly.
keen for tonight...webber starting on the prime tyre, most others on the option. including hamilton who's on the pole next to webber.
Stay up until 4am to watch Hamilton not get a very very obvious drive through for being let out into the path of Alonso from the pit box to go on to win the race, what a waste of sleep.
Was a pretty exciting race though, lots of pitstops and passing.
probably one of the best races to watch all year for me.
lots of strategy, lead changing and praying for webbers tyres. he should have gone prime, soft, prime not prime prime soft.
schumacher took too many angry pills last night i swear, he had about 4-5 incidents that were dodgy.
disliked seeing my two least favourite drivers on the podium, hamilton and alonso ergh.
yup was a very good race, some of closest racing (in all aspects) I've seen for a while.
Pirelli tyres for 2011. Hopefully they run the nice big yellow Pirelli branding everywhere. Will look sweet as.
Cheers,
Trent
Interesting qualifying. Did anyone notice how Vettel was greeting and being all chummy with all drivers except Webber when they were getting weighed? And in the conference afterwards Webber was looking pretty grumpy.
That was an insane accident! Slow cars should not be fighting red bulls. End of story. A pretty wild race. Webber hasn't fully blamed heikki for the smash which is pretty good of him considering it was silly and couldve easily killed him!

Pretty hefty accident tho!! These days F1 safety is pretty intense so I dont think webber's life was ever in danger but yes, it was an accident that coulda have been avoided. I agree with lotus boss mike gasgoyne though, they were racing for position and the slow cars dont yeild to the fast ones "just because".
On another topic, I've been "watching" the ITV coverage lately instead of OneHD and the presenters are just so. much. better. They actually LIKE F1, they have a passion for the sport and it shows. They get so much more in-depth and the build up before the race is great. I need me a direct feed from the UK!!
