Yeah it's to bad they don't tellecast that race before the F1.
Not bad at all when the lap times were only ~1m16s or so (only dipping into the 1:15s late as they lightened up due to fuel loads).
You'd really have to say that this was a dominant performance by Webber. RBR also have another upgraded chassis due this year, hopefully it'll suit Webber's driving as much as the current one does.
RBR are getting a big upgrade for Turkey, that has to be rather ominous for the other teams, if they can do well on high speed courses and on slow tracks like monaco you would be getting very worried.
Watched the whole thing start to finish. What a performance by Webber, complete dominance all weekend.
Apart from Webber winning my next favourite thing was DiGrassi refusing to just let Alonso pass good show of balls by him loved every second of it. Hoped trulli would do much of the same but apparently not.
Upgrades from RBR for turkey should be very interesting.
Yeah if the upgrades pay off and reliability can be kept they're going to be very hard to beat.
Cheers,
Trent
The massa to redbull is to do with the latest rumor that Webber is off to Ferrari next year. The story goes that Alonso wants him there and he is out of contract at the end of the year, so a quick swap and everyone is happy... apart from Kubica who is also linked to Ferrari...
by the look of it horner is keen to re-sign webber.
in other gossip, apparently bridgestone may still supply tyres next year, but they will be unbranded and made to FIA commisioned standards.
Just saw that apparently Red Bull found a fault in the chassis of Vettel's car that was there for the last two races. Might explain his lack of pace??
It was effecting the balance of the car due to some fracture somewhere or something in the chassis.
Webber must be feeiling at least a little bit concerned...
