I’m surprise Kimi don’t want to go to the new Mercedes GP. I don’t think we will see him again. But for McLaren Button will definitely be the number 2 drive.
Kimi is sitting out because he will be getting paid more not to drive than if he were to drive...
Kimi wants to do other stuff too. Rallies mostly. Why not? Variety is the spice of life!
Yea good on him. I like Kimi, he's a legend. I think he's had a gutfull of all the extra PR bullscheisse that's involved.
He's a pure driver thru & thru and that's all he's in it for... and money.
I hope he comes back though, I'll miss his hilarious interviews:beer:
I think he just doesn't care for all the rubbish that comes with being in the limelight he just wants to race and drink vodka and hog all the champagne for himself on the podium! I have not seen him once spray other people he just drinks it.
could this be true Shumi's come back and driving for Mercedes. what are the odds?
I doubt it. His "people" including himself don't seem too keen. He's stated he's happy with his life outside of F1 now.
Would be wierd with him back and there's no need for it:troll:. Time for more new talent.
yes that is so true. but keep in mind ross Brawn is in the team and they dont have a driver lined up for both seat. So there is a chance that he could come back. buy the way they said last night in ROC that Shumi did not come back becouse of neck problem is becouse of lack of performance of the car.
