APR's Stg3 did a 13.3 at last year's Hot Tuner Challenge. I can't recall what time Wooduck did in his and don't think he has been back since he did further mods.

Wooduck did 13.3 in his DSG R with nothing but a stage 1 flash. 106mph too.
