    Maintaining SEAT cars

I really like the look of these and are in my price range for my first car (3000-5000). I really like the look and found one with low kms for a decent price as well (VW's too expensive). Just want to know how hard they are to maintain and if parts are easily available in Sydney etc?

Or should I not get a european car?

    hi and welcome,
they are basically a vw ,most parts are easily found if you know the corresponding vw part number.GOLF LOON has a nice cordoba for sale, very cheap and he has access to most parts.pm him !!!
dont forget SEAT cars are very big in europe and are considered a better more reliable than their vw siblings!!!

as george said, seats are basically Vw's all the parts are interchangable, and servicing are no probs, they are good cars because they are underrated in australia cause most australians don't know what they actualy are!

I reckon it'd make a great first car!

3 Red ones for sale atm! Red goes faster tho.

What model are you looking at? Ibiza 1.4 or 2L GTI, or 1.8 cordy.
Get a manual, the autos are expensive to fix.
