    how much should I pay?

    He absolutely trashes the car. need two need tires. clutching needs replacement no rego or rwc.

    how much should I pay?

    1000 is fair for a cheapie, they can take abuse and are tough.

    3500 for a decent one, more for immac, but there are not that many out there
