Ibiza - gearbox oil ?

Hi guys,

Just wondering if the CLX Ibiza (95-96 model) requires gearbox oil changes.

The manual with the car doesn't really say anything about it, but I'd like to change the oil if possible.

Any hints would be appreciated.

l definately suggest changing it particularly as the car is well over 10 years old. This way you know it is done and have peace of mind. Gear oil is not expensive.

You need a 17mm allen key or special tool to undo the drain plug.

020 = 2L of oil exactly and u can fill via the speedo hole
