Not really a Formentor, but it's little skim milk cousin, a Leon V Tribe Edition.
Would have loved the extra grunt in the VZ or VZx version, but well outta the budget. Loving it though, nice and nimble and whilst it only has 140kW/320Nm DNNA Budack cycle engine, it still goes well.

Nice congrats on your new purchase. I did post this a few weeks ago on another post, but I will ask again as this post seems more appropriate
Hey guys, I have just taken a cupra Leon and Formentor phev for a test drive. Very similar feel to my 2015 Jetta, obviously being part of the VAG group. Much more advanced in regards to driver assistance, the formentor is almost autonomous allowing full removal of hands and feet from the controls for short periods of time.
Cupra mode is fun, responsive and has a nice exhaust note improvement.
I’m looking at phev rather than electric for the government incentives but also preventing range anxiety having a combined range of 1100 klms with a full tank of unleaded and full battery, but only about 80klms range on full EV mode. Enough for the daily commute to work.
Does anyone here have any input on these new vehicles are they customisable using vcds or ODBeleven / carista. Any feedback would be appreciated
Thanks Lloyd

Cheers, really enjoying it so far.
The issue with the new models like the Cupra, I'm finding, is that whilst they are VAG platform based, they are just so new, not many are starting the mods yet.
I'm hankering after an ECU Tune (once I get my post brake swap issues sorted), but the engine/ECU combo is too new for any plug in adapters, and ECU hasn't yet been hacked (according to Racing Line), so it's a waiting game at the moment.
