The head was rebuilt recently but someone forgot to connect a temp sensor so it overheated on a run up the mountains. A close inspection of the cylinder bores showed it has a scrape mark so it needs a rebore.
It's chipped but I don't know what else Gareth did. Was running Konis but has standard MK2 springs/shocks now.
I'm going to strip it and fit the mechanical parts to my MK1 Golf including the dash and wiring. The rest is up for sale if anyone wants a complete rolling shell.
