OK... Well I a really happy with the result... the spoiler can't be done the way it is shown in the other pic... that must be a paint job..
The reason for that is trimming it with the curve would require the blade to cut into the paintwork... so that wasn't going to happen.

The wrap has been carried over the lip as the edge there has too much radius to trim it straight... I really like it..

Mike at Carbon Demon did a fantastic job... he is more expensive than the first guy I spoke to out my way... but I didn't have confidence in the first guy as he could not show me any pics of his work etc... Mike has hundreds up on his web site and facebook page. Well worth getting in touch with if you are Sydney based and interested in getting your roof (or anything else) wrapped.

    Yes very nice.....

I'm tempted to do this on my Indium when it comes. Integrates the sunroof beautifully.

Does anyone know the difference between the privacy glass that comes standard and a tint? Also, is it legal to tint the sunroof darker than the legal tint? As I'm not sure if the mesh cover is enough to block out the sun on a hot day?

Privacy Glass is approximately 35% ... ie legal. Its reflective properties are not up there with a high quality tint but the window area is so small it really isn't a concern.
I have been advised by 3 tint companies now not to tint to Sunroof.. the reason given is there have been some problems with similar roof's (Audi A5 and Passat CC) shattering due to not being able to expand properly because of the tint... in the end it is your choice...
I find the sunblind to be perfect... it allows enough light to lighten up the interior yet it doesn't get hot... and even if it does.. you just tilt the roof... simple.

    Tint-A-Car

    Has anyone used/know of Tint-A-Car?

They have what on the surface seems like a good deal on tinting in Ouffer today :
