Strange choice of images Viterra have gone with for their silos.

Roc looks nice as always; just needs a little low and some new rims!

The images are of children from the local primary school. It's a community engagement project. It has meant a lot more people stopping in the town instead of travelling straight through.

Roc is going to stay at stock height. I have enough issues with scraping the front bumper as it is without going lower. As for rims, I'm not a massive fan of black wheels so when the right set comes up I'll definitely consider upgrading. updating.

Do the stickers handle the heat? I could do with another 5kW

    Tigger73's Scirocco R

Personally I think they'll be fine. On the front brakes they go on the anti-rattle clip and not on the actual caliper body itself. So there's an air gap and can't see these getting too hot anyway.

If I did it again I would put the clear on while I had the clips off the car. If you look really close you can see some colour bleed which could have been avoided if the calipers were flat.

But to answer your question, I've had high temp stickers on other brakes and they have been fine.

    Bold-Sport order just placed....

    On the way are:

    • Chrome Window Switches
    • Door Warning Lights
    • Spare Door Panel Clips
    • Ignition Key Bezel
    • Tire Valve Caps
    • LED Interior Lighting Kit

I'm going to see if I can source a mirror switch with a chrome trim same as the Wolfsburg models but if all else fails I may have to pay the extra and get it from VW spare parts.

I'm searching for a front splitter and a rear spoiler but can't find anything that suits the facelift model...

Sorry to disappoint you but they're standard Scirocco brakes

With 330mm rotors they do pull you up very efficiently.

Yes! The brakes are one of the most noticeable improvements over my mk6 GTI, second only to the improved handling. Okay maybe third behind the overall styling...
