Sirocco R, whine noise under boost normal?

Hi All,

I'm hearing a whine noise when under acceleration/high boost, are other sirocco r owners hearing this too ?

Are you sure you aren't just hearing the turbo?

Yep it is the turbo by the sounds of it is it normal to hear the turbo on these cars ?

Ive heard it occasionally under heavy acceleration.. Slight whine though.. Maybe when the weather was colder..

Generally you cant really hear the turbo if your car is stock - but if you have tuned the car then you will start to hear it.
