The camera I use is the Canon 5D MkIII. The blur you see can be done with any DSRL camera really, but the general setting I use for these rolling shots is setting the sutter speed to something moderately "slow" ie. 1/30th and then i would let the camera decide which aperture to use depending on the lighting (this setting is generally known as shutter priority or "TV" on the dial). Also change your focus setting to AI servo. This allows the camera to focus on a moving target. Then all you have to do is point>focus>shoot. Hope that helps

Thanks for the advice! What Lens do you use!? I have a couple, the stock standard 50-200 and a L series 100-400 with a 7D body. Is there a lens you would suggest?

The lens i used is the 17-40mm f/4.0 L lens because i like to do landscape photography but can also be useful in some situations. Since the 7D is a crop sensor camera with a crop factor of 1.6, i would not recommend using the 50-200mm (this lens is now essentially a 75-300mm due to the crop factor). A 24-105mm f/4.0 would be a good overall lens to use or you may want to invest in the 18-55mm f/2.8 which is not an L lens but i would classify it as an L lens since the quality is absolutely sublime. I would highly suggest you to get the 18-55mm, however; the downside is that it is quite heavy and is quite pricey for a non-L lens. Don't be put off by the price though because you are essentially getting a 24-70mm f/2.8 L in disguise
