Yeah also ditched the recess at the sides covered with the plastic strips. Hope it looks hot without it.

So the scuttle panel was a bit ugly under the windscreen rubber.
There was a bad repair by the previous owner and some bog, so took the dash out so we can cut the badness out and reweld solid metal.

Car is looking pretty naked now. Gonna have to Tee up a painter asap, I`m not putting this puppy together twice.

Roof looks great in the flesh.

Yeah, he asked me about getting a section of scuttle for it a good few years ago, was a bit dodgey around the wiper holes from memory...

Interested to see how the new roof section looks Loon...

So got the beast back with all the metalwork done.
It was a little ugly under the bodykit.

No rust now, all metal and all parts were fabricated, you cant even see the joins on the back of the panels!

Stripped it down a bit further, ready for paint. Poor old girl is pretty naked now.

There were holes here once, now there is metal

A few other bits got lost along the way!

Now it is at the paintshop, waiting to be beautiful as well as fast.

Have you decided on a colour yet or are you going to surprise us ?

Hey Matt, just out of curiosity do you have all the appropriate trim pieces etc. for your Rocco? I could just imagine how difficult it would be to source all those specific little parts for it no doubt.
