Nope.... still tilt only.. although the new one now has a swiveling VW badge on the tailgate to open it...and I guess that is where the reversing camera is...same as Golf.... Meh

Hey Scratchyratface, can I ask what the stage 1 tune is like? I been thinking about getting one on my Scirocco but not sure what it's like?
Also which one did you get?

Hey Scirocc, I got the DNA tune via John in Melbourne so it's all done remotely, much cheaper than APR and some of the other options out there. The change is noticeable but not crazy stupid If you have DSG and use Drive mode then you really couldn't tell the difference if you are just casually pottering around town as you still end up in 6th by the time you hit 40-50kmph. Shove it in manual mode and you can feel the pull and it's good fun, I haven't used Sport mode with the tune applied as yet. I've got a track day coming up on the 14th so that will give me a better idea on the difference.
Is it good 'bang for the buck' - I would say definitely yes
Let me know what you decide on doing?

Thanks for the reply, I have been looking at it as my warranty ends next month, mine is a manual and just standard it's awesome but like everything you get used to it and always want that little bit extra.

Power increase is significant however the torque gain is more so so you'll feel it pull harder. In my GTI I'd axel tramp /lose traction in first few gears when driving it hard.

Im guessing roc would be similar.

As with all tunes, everyday driving will not be impacted (in fact my fuel economy improved)
