    Unhappy Acc not working

I was rammed up the ass by a bus a few weeks ago and the cosmetic damage is fixed. Since then the car feels like the ACC is not working, higher ride height, body roll, traction control cutting in early in sport mode and a lot of torque steer also the steering is light in sport. When I got the car the sales dude said the ride height is adjusted for comfort mode and it hunkers down in sport mode. I took it into VW and they plugged it in and said there were no faults. I believe it is in failsafe mode but there are no warning lights etc. The J250 control module is at the back rh corner and a bus 'may' have affected it. It looks like an outback at the moment with high ride height. A green one was in Queenscliff yesterday and I parked next to it and it made it look more like an outback or alltrack.

Am I on smack or does the suspension raise and lower for the different modes, how do I get the 'technician' to identify that it has a problem even though it shows no faults if they have never driven one or no **** about them?

Pls help, my car was the best drive I have had now my Polo is a better drive.

ACC does not change the ride height. Are you sure the chassis is not folded?

More inclined to have the Scirocco on an body alignment jig.

Suspension ACC J250 is the back left on the rear top side of the wheel arch. Back RH corner near and below the rear right light cluster is the parking sensors if fitted.

Thx RW1, looks like I am going to spend a bit of money on a lot of different diagnostics, still does not account for the ACC not functioning properly. I move tp Canberra in Dec so I will have the chasis looked at closely by someone. If it is out of shape my insurance coy will have to get me a new car.
