Window problem..........

So windows in my vr6 are all working fine i prk the car come back 1 hour later and none of the windows work at all not the front or back!

Not a fuse problem cause i checked and i dont think all 4 window regulators would go bad at the same time. Anyone come across this problem.

Ohh and everythin else works fine all the lights swithes side mirrors radio etc...

put your key in the door.
turn it to unlock and hold it. see if any of the windows work.
this will rule out window regs and may point to a problem window
im having similar crazy issues atm

Yeh i tried that and no window opened.....

wow thats really weird, i have the same issue all of a sudden, thinking it was a reg, i took a reg out of the door and its working intermittenly out of the door = even stranger....

Do the window switches light up when you turn the lights on

Yeh all the switches light up i think a wire made contact from melting in the hot weather im gonna have to check that all out

I had similar.
no windows, no mirrors. fuse looks fine (even swapped it to be sure), switches have lights
windows work via key.
replaced both rear door looms as I know they were pretty had it.
still no chop
currently got the dash apart (again... 10th time...?!) chasing other things plugged into that same bunch of wiring/relay
