where to get parts cheap

I'm lookin at getting some parts on the cheap (preferably in aus) and i was wondering if anyone else here knows anything?

this is what i'm looking at getting:

• Smoked front indicators (the ones with foggies)
• 'Euro' style front bumper
• smoked tail lights (like the vr6 ones)

any help would be much appreciated...

Smoked front indicators I believe can only be sourced from international shops. Paul from EuroCarDriver stocks FK/in.pro stuff and they have clear smoked front indicators and foggies (similar to crystal clear types, but with a black housing). You'll need to email him for a quote. Otherwise, you can possibly try and do your own tinting on the factory Hella's by spray tinting or using regular stick-on tint.

I'm not sure what you mean by the 'Euro' style front bumper, but if you're getting this idea from VWVortex threads, then I can assure you our Mk3's came with Euro-spec front bumpers. Ours have the Euro-plate recess, no sidemarkers (as our side indicators are on our fender panels), and a deep indented line where the bumper top and main bumper body meets. The US-spec bumpers are the opposite - no Euro-plate recess, sidemarkers, and a shallow indented line. If you're actually looking for aftermarket bodykits, then you can possibly try EuroCarDriver again, CarShine, or CarMate.

With the VR6 taillights, just source one from one of the members here - post in the "Parts Wanted" section and I'm sure one of us will be able to help you out! I know Matt has a few, though of only one side haha.

the euro bumper i mean is the black plastic skirt on the front underneath the body colour fender. thanks those sites are awesome... i'll post in the parts section for both that and the tail lights...

thats the one! mine looks stoopid. not to mention that after 10 years it is starting lto look a bit ratty.

PM member 'Tim' - he might still have a few after a sorta recent group buy. He's based in Melbourne though - put your location up!

Also, another member was selling one... I think his username was phunkymonkey or somethin'. Just check the "Parts Wanted" section - he made a very recent post.
