    I guess, for now..ITS EVEN FINDING ONE ON SALE~!
    ahaha

    as i mentioned.. you pay for what you get...if there's a VR6 with a turbocharger..then i will be expected to pay heaps more compared to a stock as a block vr6...

    thanks so much for the encouragement guys!

    I don't think there's even one VR6 in the country that's been turbo'd? One is being built at the moment but that certainly won't be for sale any time soon. To the best of my knowledge there is only 1 or 2 that have even been supercharged in Oz. Carsales and this forum is your best bet, I think there's one for sale in Hurstville in charcoal, manual IIRC quite cheaply. May require some work but its nice to know that things have been fixed properly when you get these repairs done yourself. Check this one out;

    I knew VR6's were uncommon but it seems they might even be considered rare now? I know I only see one every 2-3 months. You will never find a VR with everything you are looking for (ie manual, leather, sunroof, cruise, service history, working air con/heater etc etc). You will have to compromise in the end but it's worth checking out the market for a while before you buy. My compromise was buying a car with a good service history and good mechanical condition but without any options and with some dodgy wheels and other stuff I didn't like. I'm slowly getting it how I want it to look.

    I looked on carsales a little while back and found two for sale in Adelaide at the same time.

    One auto, one manual. Opted for the manual as first preference but that was already sold, so went and looked at and bought the auto.

    HEHEHEHEHE!!

    I didnt even know what a vr6 was really, i just really really liked the car. It has huge kms on it but so far no real dramas at all. VR6's are slim pickings at the best of times in WA so I was damn lucky!!
