Have you looked into some hottuning coilovers?

I believe there are sellers on this site that are local (Slammed Distribution).

alot of guys from here buy off Slammed Distribution. Also check out Ebay you get some great deals off their. Even better if you know someone that speaks/reads german, go to the german ebay site and find exactly what you need for less! Happy hunting. Might I suggest the cheaper they are, well you should know the saying - "you get what you pay for."
I spent that extra and bought good quality coilovers and did sway and anti-roll at same time. Well worth it. Happy Hunting!

I haven't tried hot tuning (but a bunch of guys on here are running them so they must be ok) but the fk streetlines I think are great. Not as harsh a ride as I expected and driving performance seems solid as well.

I have tried a couple of times to do a comparison day where owners of MK3's could get together and have a short spin in each others to rate the suspension setups. Personally I am running a set of coils from Germany from one of our old site sponsors German Car Performance (who I don't think exist anymore ). There is a thead back here if you are interetsed.

I'd love to go for a fang with some KW V2's to see the difference to mine, but almost four years on and I'm still happy with my ones

I wouldn't say they are way better in ride quality at all!

I've ridden in various cars with various brands of coilover (Bilstein, HR, KW, FK) and I'd say any of those brands ride quite well. FK's are just the best value in that group!
