Ray I've got scrapes under the whole car, no need to worry yourself .

Transporter, I actually did an engine flush on the last service so I left that out this time. I used the liqui-moly lifter freeup additive for this .

After about 170km the noise is almost gone! The bottle says about 500km until final results so I'm waiting to see.




And in a completely unrelated matter...these stupid knocking sounds are coming from my engine mount. I need a Darwin award, quick...I changed the mounts and not only did I stop suspecting them, I didn't even check the brackets that bolted them to the motor itself! The front engine mount had two m12 bolts missing...thanks Mischa?

Lots of unnecesary clunking/engine movement not nice, but fixed now.
