It's not missfireing, it's like its just running out of fuel. Im changing the fuel filter now, and i have a bottle on injrctor cleaner, and an octane booster / fuel cleaner in there too.

Oh My God (OMMFG) I cant belive i missed that!!!

It apears to be my fuel pressure regulator!
when the car is cold, the pressure regulator opens fine, but when it's hot the reg wont open.

When cold, 500ml of fuel will return through the return line.
When it's hot, and the car starts playing up, NO fuel returns.

The pump still delivers 500mls of fuel, but with the reg closed, the rail is starved of fuel.

    It all makes sense now!!!

Whats a reg worth? and where can i get one tonight?

Gonna be a bit hard to get one now as its sunday night unless someone on here in vic has one. Failing that best bet would be to visit euro wreckers early in the morning and hope that u dont pay big bucks.
