Hey Boris, are these kits re-upholster kits i.e. cut and stitched specific to car so they car be put on whole with hog-nose clips or are they just slip on seat covers?

Because if they are the re-upholstery kit than that is a very very good price!

Yes, yes you do. Dark windows really help, as does a nice cool garage My car was actually relatively cool on the Stanwell Park summer run a couple of weeks ago, and that was sitting in direct sunlight. Besides all that, AC fixes everything

If I was buying a new car, I think leather would be the first box I ticked, even with kids...

I've found mine get bloody hot but then again I also have a dark coloured car so that just attracts the heat more anyway.

I really need to get my driver and passenger windows tinted though

Cheers buddy, they look pretty good in the pictures, I wonder if they'd throw in two more head-rest covers. I wonder how convincing they are as upholstery e.g. not shift around and feel like seat covers.

Don't these actually replace your factory upholstery rather than go over the top?

Thats right Simon, you need to strip off the existing hig nose clips and replace the entire fabric skin with this aftermarket leather one. I have a book on this kind of level of auto-upholstery and its do-able. Although I do would recommend practicing on some old corolla/commodore etc. seat, taken off the fabric and putting it back on with new hog-nose clips...

interesting... I like the idea of having leather seats... i wonder how much he would charge for it without the logos? and matching door cards?
