    Vr6 just quit

Like the title says my vr just died on the way home!
Ok more info, was cruising up Cambewarra mt on the way home when the engine just cut out ,no. Rough running, temps good (both coolant and oil) but the oil pressure light was flashing (only noticed this after engine stopped). Luckily could roll to a stop off the road. Checked oil level, all ok. Engine turns over fine just doesn't start! I'm hopping maybe an oil pressure sensor? Any ideas.

Wiggle the wiring for it and try start the car. Mine would let it work but if you launched it a few times vibrations would make it break the connection and the car wouldn't start again.

Seems to have worked Hayden, replaced with a spare from a motor in the shed fired up straight away, put the old back in and it still started but stopped when the wires were wiggled, back in with the spare and no problem.
    Cheers
