    Vr6 ecu

    Without this turning into a cock fight.

    What stops me from using a US ECU in my car? Assuming that the ECU I purchase is obd1, coilpack and has immobilizer bypass.

    I don't see vw running a different connector for the wiring, or anything silly like that.

    Reason being is I want to get 288 cams and don't want to run standalone at this point in time.

    Probably the plugs , there are different mk3 VR6 ecu's as well that wont work cause the plugs dont work . I guess it could work if you got a harness with it .

    How much can you get the ECU and tune for, If its cheap it is worth a try
