bearing at the top of the shock perhaps?
( I don't really know, just an idea?)
A friend of ours was driving his VR6 along the other day at 70km/h when suddenley the car starting pulling left and then right like a flat tyre. He pulled over and check no flats and kept on driving slowly and as it goes up a hill it would pull left then right with a clking noise like a CV but it wasnt a CV.
he put it on the hoist at work and drove it with the wheels in the air and no probs, took it for a lap around the block and no probs but he is still a little worried.
What do u guys reckon?

Due to the noise... And if it was wishbone bush would the problem have stopped once he took it off the hoist and when for a second drive?
how could a gearbox or driveline problem make a car pull left and right mate, its just not possible!
if it was box related you'd definately know and if it was diff related it would just stop driving wouldnt it?
VW: it aint just a car, its a way of life
There are few things more satisfying in life than finding a solution to a problem and implementing it
