    VR6 Cutting Out.

    Hi all ,

Im having some troubles with my Auto VR6 . It tends to cut out when im pulling up at lights or slowing down to take a corner and is starting to idle a bit rough. Any ideas would be great .
    Thanks

Thanks , I just got it idling and there was i hissing noise happening every now and again then the revs would come up . It sounded like it was coming from the back of the motor just behind the rocker cover where there were some black hoses . would that be the vacume lines ?

may not be thin vacc lines but some rubber pipes deteriorated u can temp fix it with tape or silicone or various rubber pipe replacements (i used some from a graden plastic sprinkler syst.)
