I vented mine straight to atmosphere using a filter, i do want to chuck a catch can on thought to reduce smells. Depending on the person doing your blueslip they may not accept a catch can, especially if it's vented to atmosphere.

Hit me up if your interested in some second hand 262 cams for this. I'll be going to something bigger soon.

Did want to go 268's but if the price is right 262's could be a good starting point

Much difference going from stock setup to a 262 cam?

So i headed off to Pick n Payless because i heard there was a wrecked VR6 out there and im in desperate need of a pcv valve for my blueslip! To my very surprise there were quite a few Dub's mainly mk4s but also a few mk3's including the VR6 i heard about. Unfortunately for me the pcv valve was not in good shape but i did manage to grab a few bits n pieces for $50 including a coil pack which actually looks like it was just put on recently and a glovebox...... Love how easily it is to get parts for these cars in 2015 lol

This is what $50 gets you at Pick n Payless hahaha

This made me a little sad another VR6 biting the dust

Motor had already been ripped into but i guess no one had an allen key on them to take the shiny coil pack ha!

This CL was mint! I have no idea why it was here but it had low kms and it was clean.... would of been great for a VR6 conversion

268's need HD springs, I'll be building a new head so want to upgrade.

Good gains with the 262's , ran 120kw atw.

Finally got my hands on a new PCV valve and intake boot. I hope that i don't need to ever purchase another one again as the PCV/intake boot which can only be purchased new as a whole unit is now a discontinued part for the earlier VR6 with the port at the back that has a hose which runs to the ISV. The later VR6 PCV/intake boots are still in circulation FYI.

Fuaaark you whoever came up with the idea of selling it as a whole unit (insert the middle finger) lol

Ahhhh now thats more like it

    Woohoo blue slip acquired

Only had 2 things to sort one being a wobble in the drivers seat due to a broken clip and the other was my BBS RS wheels being a little too wide for the inspectors liking, was easy as i live close by so i went home threw the stock wheels on and came back.
