Couldn't you just buy a turbo kit and ask them to leave the turbo out from the order?
Also what engine are you turbo-ing? Doing any engine work?
I don't have experience in fitting or exactly what I'm in need of, but I scored a Garret T28 turbo for an awesome price so now I need to organise the "other" parts that I will require. I was looking at a few sites but all their kits inc turbo. And I don't need 2. As cool as it would be to sequentially turbo it lol. So I'm in need of some advice/experienced peeps who might be able to throw some suggestions my way and sites you would use to aquire these parts. ECS is over priced and a few others i have found in the USA you need a shipping forwarding company to get the goods to AUS. Please help I have a feeling this will make me exceptionally happy having just that little bit more ooompfh
Cheers

Try Black forest industries mate. I know they have turbo bits n bobs. Also, buying from the US means that they'll all be for the ABA cross flow head. And we didnt get those in oz..
Thanks.
I'll look into it.
