Okay so got a bit of work done today.

    New rear main seal:

    Flywheel on and torqued:

Clutchnet stage 4 disc and pressure plate:

    New water pump:

Deleted A/C and installed new accessory belt:

    Thermostat housing fitted:

Cleaned the oil filter housing it's nice and clean now inside:

Exhaust gasket installed with new hardware:

Also added the turbo oil return line and welded some 3mm plate to the sump bottom for scrape protection then fitted it.

Next step is to install the intake manifold and gearbox.

    Tim.

I'll be running a return line to the surge tank so should run both at the same time and whatever fuel isn't required will be sent back from the fuel rail to the tank.

You'll need to massage the inside of the gearbox to clearance the rivets on the pressure plate.

    I used a flapper wheel on a 4" grinder.

Suggest getting a pinion brace too.

    Looks the goods

Thanks Hayden I'll see if it spins a full rotation when the gearbox goes and if not I'll give it a grind to get it to fit!

Already have a pinion brace I'll put it on soon once the gearbox is ready to go on

    Installed a TiAL MV-S 38mm V-Band external wastegate:

I think I'll set the springs to 1.5 or 2 bar pressure resistance depending on what peak boost pressure is decided upon.
